Our Summer classes are perfect for any player looking to get back to a consistent training routine or to start a new routine!
We take the safety of our athletes VERY seriously! We have a FULL OUTDOOR Set-Up for our athletes to utilize but will begin to utilize a Hybrid Indoor/Outdoor set-up to ensure there is plenty of space for our athletes to safely workout
We also deep clean the equipment between each class, our coaches will practice social distancing, classes will be capped at 11 athletes, and coaches will wear a mask if they need to get closer than 6-ft in order to coach an athlete.
Athletes will receive instruction in the following categories: speed development, strength training, injury prevention, conditioning, and plyometrics.
- Sessions are 1 hour long
- Sessions are for both Boys & Girls

Middle School and High School Training
- Classes will kick-off on TUESDAY June 2nd– we will have a STRICT Cap of 9 athletes per session.
- Each session will consist of a mix of Middle School and High School Athletes.
- Class registration will be on a MONTHLY basis and NO refunds or extensions will be given for missed class times.
