THE FOUNDATION OF CHAMPIONS

At the middle school level, athletes will substantially benefit from a heavy dose of the basics. We want to set the stage for CONTINUED IMPROVEMENT throughout their athletic careers.

Correct body positioning, postural mechanics, kinesthetic awareness, and core strength all play an integral role in our program and an adolescent’s development.

Our goal is to make their movement look effortless and natural. Their coaches will notice their on-field improvement from Day 1.

 

  • Sessions are for both Boys & Girls
  • We will have ROLLING Enrollment through November, REGISTER BELOW ⬇️
  • 2 days per week program: Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm
  • Mobility: Myofascial Release, Dynamic Stretching, Static Stretching, Muscle Activation
  • Speed: Acceleration, Top Speed, Change of Direction, Sprinting Technique
  • Power: Jumps, Plyometrics, Medicine Balls, Reactive Strength Training
  • Strength: Multi-joint, Ground-Based Movements, Proper Technique
  • Conditioning:  Sport-Specific Energy Systems for All Athletes
  • Nutrition: Guidance on Healthy Eating Habits to Maximize Performance
  • Pre and Post Assessment to monitor training progression and provide an individualized program.
