HEALTHY, DOMINANT ATHLETES
A high school athlete undergoes tremendous changes over his or her 4-year playing career.
Our program is designed to adapt to those changes. We’ll correct common postural mechanics that we see in all kids who sit slouched at a desk all day, while still expanding their base strength and speed.
Our goal is to maximize each athlete’s opportunity for success in their sport. We measure this in playing longevity, athletic achievement and success, and most importantly a new-found enjoyment, within their sport.
- Sessions are 1 hour long
- Sessions are for both Boys & Girls
- Winter Sessions will have ROLLING Admission through November. REGISTER BELOW ⬇️
- Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30pm
- An advanced training program with a focus on Strength, Speed, Injury Prevention & Energy Systems.
- Pre and Post Assessment to monitor training progression and provide individualized program.
