Team Building in Excellence
Athletes these days have little-to-no-offseason. It is imperative then that they receive the proper training to help them recover from past seasons while preparing for what lies ahead. We focus on undoing overused movement patterns to facilitate healthy participation which, in turn, produces gains in strength, speed, and power. From there, we instill proper movement patterns through common, compound movements often seen in sports–movements such as squatting, rotating, jumping, hinging, and cutting. The results speak for themselves on and off the field!
